Accurate stock at every location
Manage central inventory, receipts, bulk uploads, restocks, counts, adjustments and product pricing with an auditable movement trail.
The Stocklane product
Stocklane connects the activity that happens on the shop floor with the decisions that happen in the office—without losing the branch-level detail in between.
What is connected
Every module has a clear role, but they work together rather than forcing teams to repeat information across disconnected tools.
Manage central inventory, receipts, bulk uploads, restocks, counts, adjustments and product pricing with an auditable movement trail.
Branch inventory reflects stock received from Central, allowing each location to carry the assortment that suits its customers.
Support daily tills, item search, suspended baskets, customers, loyalty and VAT-aware payment workflows.
Use sales, stock, transfer, expense and profit and loss reporting to see both activity and outcomes.
Set roles, branches and approvals around the real responsibilities of owners, managers, finance teams and cashiers.
Set business type, categories, brand identity, currency, VAT and business structure as your operation evolves.
A continuous stock story
The product is designed around a controlled flow from the Central Store through Transit to the branch, with partial receipts and cost movement visible where authorised.
| Stage | What happens | What Stocklane preserves |
|---|---|---|
| Central receipt | Goods are received or restocked into Central inventory. | Quantity, unit cost, pricing and source reference. |
| Transfer | Approved stock leaves Central and is accounted for in Transit. | Movement reference, ownership and conservation of stock. |
| Branch receipt | The branch receives all or part of a transfer. | Branch-specific inventory and the remaining in-transit quantity. |
| Sale or adjustment | Authorised users sell or correct stock at a location. | Location balance, audit trail and reporting integrity. |
The Stocklane advantage
Stocklane connects retail operations in a way that helps the owner see the whole business while helping each person focus on the work they are authorised to do.
Central, Transit and Branch inventory retain their own balances. Stock is transferred deliberately instead of appearing in every location by assumption.
Cost, markup, selling price, VAT, expenses and Profit and Loss reporting give management more context than sales totals alone.
Cashiers, managers, finance teams and owners can receive the permissions, branch access and approval responsibilities that suit their work.
Start with a new isolated workspace, then add products, people, branches and capability at the pace your business needs.
Connect customer histories and loyalty rewards to real transactions so promotions can become more relevant over time.
